Solar system package
Package: fully ready-to-install, including design and licensing
We create opportunities for families to have a solar panel system easily and as quickly as possible. The offer covers everything from design and licensing through implementation to subsequent follow-up inspection.
Timeline from the first consultation to implementation
Day 1 | Consultation with the client |
We want to implement a system tailored to your home. Each house is different from the next, so we start the dialogue by surveying the energy needs of your home, then we need the consumption data and the installation location. Using satellite images, we make sure that the solar panels can be installed on the roof of your house. |
|
Day 2 | Payment of advance, system design |
After the payment of the advance on the system to be implemented, our engineers plan the power generator system after on-site inspection and have it approved by the electricity supplier. |
|
Days 2-25 | Financing, and licensing at the power company |
The solar panels can be installed without a building permit. Connecting to the electricity network can be initiated by filling in a claim form. After receiving it, the service provider determines the technical conditions of the connection, as well as the content and level of detail of the connection documentation to be prepared. The above applies to household-size micro power plants under 50kW capacity. • Notification of claim by the producer (who, where, capacity, type of device) • Indicative information from the distribution operator (description of the network topology and test results) • Design documentation by the designer of the producer (including a detailed description of the location, the equipment of the plant, the protective equipment and setting values, the ownership relations and limits, the producer’s and trader’s statements, a copy of the utility contract) • Plan review (rectification of deficiencies, if any) • Approval • Implementation • Meter replacement, conducting control measurements for commissioning • Contracting for the take over of the energy produced |
|
Days 26-28 | System installation |
Our experienced servicemen install the solar panels on the top of the building, and mount and connect all necessary equipment. During installation, our specialists lead the project and supervise the quality of implementation. |
|
Day 29 | Making a new contract with the energy supplier |
The legislation allows monthly, quarterly or annual accounting periods on the basis of the agreement between the parties. Given that balance accounting must be applied during the accounting period, it is reasonable to opt for the annual accounting period. Electricity produced which is not consumed on-site is, after metering, fed into the electricity system, from where it can be used at any time during the accounting period. The energy produced and consumed, respectively, by the production capacity aligned to consumption can be compensated on an annual basis. There is no cost for the connection, if the production capacity is installed up to the available capacity. In this case, there is no need for grid reinforcement or develpment, thus no connection fee is payable. Replacing the existing meter with a bidirectional meter is the duty of the electricity supplier up to 3×16 A connection capacity, and that of the contracting party above that limit. The service provider may undertake the meter replacement fee, where applicable. In case of production in excess of consumption, the surplus electricity is fed into the electricity network |
|
Day 60 * | System go-live |
The service provider installs the meter capable of bidirectional metering (it has a 30-day time limit from the advice of readiness). The owner’s household micro power plant produces ‘green’ electricity. All you have to do is to monitor the sunshine and production data. |
* As regards the time limits, there may be a delay of a few days or weeks due to the licensing process of the electricity supplier or late or incorrect provision of data.
